All about me.

  1. Born February 15th 1990, it was snowing and ambulances were on strike, Daddy told me he prayed for another girl, I like to think it’s because the other two weren’t good enough.
  2. I didn’t have much hair until I was 4, which is hard to believe as I now have a mane. It became the running theme of lots of jokes, like “Sarah, you’ve lost your hair!” or “Boldilocks”, only one of many nicknames which included Lucy Bag/Droopy Draws
  3. I wanted to be a baker and own my own bakery, I even designed it and planned the menu.
  4. I grew really quickly, the tallest in my class, then everyone else grew and I became the shortest in the class
  5. I never used to like custard, mushrooms, nuts, chocolate sponge, rice; however, throughout my life I have grown to love all of the above, instead it is Quorn, peanuts and marmite I will not eat.
  6. I secretly love burnt sausages, especially with tomato sauce, it reminds me of my Grannie and my mum.
  7. When I was younger, if I liked something, like a film, or a book, or a song I could watch, read, listen to it on repeat and never get bored. Now I am older I still do the same.
  8. Lots of people don’t realise, because I am often so cheerful or easy going but I actually suffer from depression, some days I like to hide under my bed or desk.
  9. I just can’t fathom front crawl…try as I may the mechanics of swimming front crawl dumbfounds me.
  10. I love the music from Sleeping Beauty, it makes me smile, it gives me chills, it feels magical.
  11. Still to this day, I hold a small amount of hope that Fairy Tales are real, and that fairies, sprites, goblins and dragons are in fact real.
  12. I dream of being accomplished; in the Jane Austen sense, I plan to one day be fluent in French and German, conversational Russian, Madelyn and Punjabi (I just think it’s a good mix), also become amazing at the Cello (something I have never even attempted).
  13. Bluebell woods, rose gardens, peonies bouquets are the best things.
  14. I love a good quote.
  15. Dream job is to feature write for Country Living or The Simple Things, I'd write about food and crafting, travel, tea, flowers, books... you know, all the good stuff.
